Complainant reported that while she was working, an unknown person scratched her vehicle within the 1000 block of S. Main St. Estimated damage is $200.

Elizabeth Nicole Barton, 23, of Walbridge, Ohio, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia near Wintergarden lodge. Arielle Elaine Ward, 26, of Fostoria, Ohio, was cited for open container.
