Complainant reported that sometime during the night, an unknown person shot a paint ball gun at a vehicle within the 200 block of S. Summit St.

12:10 P.M.

Joseph W. Heinemann, 28, of Toledo, was cited for theft within the 100 block of W. Gypsy Lane Road.

4:59 P.M.

Toby Ray Cox, 23, of Bowling Green, was cited for possession of marijuana within the 800 block of S. Main St.

11:23 P.M.

Cody J. Stiner, 21, of Bowling Green, was cited for disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia within the 100 block of W. Oak St.

Paul William Lund, 30, of Bowling Green, was cited for underage liquor sales within the 1600 block of E. Wooster St.

Complainant reported an unknown male assaulted him in a bathroom of a business within the 100 block of N. Main St.

Complainant reported that her wristlet was stolen while she was at work within the 100 block of N Main St.

Ahshantel Noel Cobb, 24, of Bowling Green, was cited for theft within the 100 block of W. Gypsy Lane Road.

Joseph L. Cymbola Jr., 39, of Weston, Ohio, was cited for disorderly conduct/public urination at Lot 4 downtown.

Donnie Ray Nash Jr., 18, of Toledo; Ryan Anthony Roberson, 18, of Toledo; and Jim R. Taylor Jr., 20, of Toledo, were all cited for open container, underage possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia at Lot 2 downtown.

Complainant reported that sometime during the night, an unknown subject broke the driver side mirror off a vehicle within the 600 block of Fifth St. Estimated damage is $100.

1:34 A.M.

Kristin Anne Waldvogel, 18, of Toledo; and Jessica Lynn Gibson, 18, of Maumee, Ohio, were both cited for open container and underage possession of alcohol at Lot 1 downtown.

1:40 A.M.

Wangpei Wu, 26, of Bowling Green, was cited for open container within the 100 block of E. Wooster St.

1:50 A.M.

Alex W. Smith, 27, of Castalia, Ohio, was arrested for disorderly conduct while intoxicated/unable to care for self within the 600 block of Third St. He was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.

3:56 A.M.

Complainant reported that sometime overnight an unknown subject threw a brick and a large stone through the back window of a vehicle within the 200 block of S. Prospect St. Estimated damage is $200-$300. Kyle Lee Collier, 19, of Clinton Township, Mich., was cited for underage/under the influence of alcohol.

5:19 A.M.

Stephen Gary Budwit, 20, of Toledo, was arrested for criminal trespass and underage/under the influence of alcohol within the 800 block of Country Club Drive. He was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.
