Complainant reported that an unknown person entered a vehicle and took some change and a knife within the 1000 block of E. Wooster St. The knife is valued at $50.

Shanelle Marie Scott, 22, of Bowling Green, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia within the 300 block of S. Mercer Rd.
