Travis Allen Kinder, 30, of Bowling Green; Robert Raymond Bortles, 25, of Fremont, Ohio; Ricky A. Billow, 24, of Helena, Ohio; and Derek Todd Fisher, 21, of Helena, Ohio, were all cited for disorderly conduct/fighting within the 100 block of E. Wooster St.
