The Students of Color in Business has recently partnered with several BGSU student business owners to host a small business expo.

The event will be Wednesday, April 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Maurer Center.

Several BGSU students will feature their own small businesses in the expo along with selling merchandise.

This opportunity will allow small businesses to gain exposure, and all of the proceeds at this event will go directly to the students and their businesses, according to the Students of Color in Business.

The Students of Color in Business said that the expo provides opportunities and resources to students that then help prepare their members for success in their careers and in life.

The organization aims to empower students of color through opportunities such as professional development, networking, and accessibility to resources that will help students develop their skills and gain confidence.
