Women’s soccer team drops 2023 schedule

The Bowling Green women’s soccer program dropped its schedule for their 2023 season in its quest of another Mid-American Conference championship.

Head coach Jimmy Walker and company have once again put together a tough non-conference schedule before MAC play begins beginning with a trip to East Lansing to take on the Michigan State Spartans Sunday, August 20. The Falcons will stay on the road to take on the Cincinnati Bearcats before returning home to Cochrane Stadium to take the pitch against Loyola Chicago on Sunday, August 27.

Following the showdown with the Ramblers, trips to Detroit Mercy and Pitt continue non-conference play with the Falcons final non-conference match at home against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Sunday, September 10.

The Falcons will open conference play with their shortest road trip of the season, traveling up I-75 to take on the Toledo Rockets Sunday, September 21. A two-match homestand  against Western Michigan and Akron will follow before traveling to Athens and Oxford.

Home matches against Eastern Michigan and Kent State will conclude a stretch of eight consecutive games in the state of Ohio before a trip to Buffalo on Sunday, October 15. The final three regular season contests for the Falcons are Central Michigan at home, Ball sState on the road in Muncie, and the season finale at Cochrane Stadium on Thursday, October 26, against Northern Illinois.
