Bowling Green men’s basketball junior guard Marcus Hill announced he was entering the transfer portal on Wednesday afternoon.

Hill is the third Falcon to enter the portal since the season ended, joining freshman guard EJay Greer, senior forward Rashaun Agee and sophomore guard PJ Edwards.

While Hill wants to explore other options in the portal, he would consider returning to BGSU for next season, according to On3 reporter Joe Tipton.

The Rockford, Illinois, native, who averaged 20.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists this past season, was named a First Team All-Mid-American Conference (MAC) selection and earned four MAC Player of the Week honors.

Hill’s 698 points in his first season at the Division I level led the MAC are the fifth-most in a single season in BG history.
