The music industry club is bringing back their annual Band Bash, a free music festival for BGSU students and the community of Bowling Green.
The festival will take place on Nov. 22 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union multipurpose room.
Band Bash is held to show support for local music and to promote the band’s upcoming events. The festival will have half-hour sets from familiar local bands including: One Billion Lions, Dallas & Daniels, Respirator and Milk on the Rocks.
Along with the musical showcase will be a thrift sale. Attendees can shop for clothes, shoes, music and more. Proceeds from the sale will go towards future music events hosted by the music industry club. There will also be tables showcasing community music organizations, where attendees can learn more about their upcoming musical ventures in town.
