The suspect accused of stabbing another individual outside Liquid Bar early Sunday morning is now in police custody, Bowling Green Municipal Court records say.
Court records show Marcus Ruiz, 20, of Toledo, turned himself in at Bowling Green Municipal Court on Wednesday afternoon.
Ruiz has been charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony and was issued a $100,000 bond.
Ruiz has been transferred to the Wood County Justice Center and will appear in court Monday, March 24 for a preliminary hearing.
