An attempted bank robbery was reported today at the Huntington Bank at 1480 East Wooster St.
It was reported at around 10:43 a.m., according to a City of Bowling Green Police press release.
The robbery was reportedly attempted by a thin black male, wearing a tan suit, white collared shirt, light colored necktie, an “Obama 2010” hat, with gold teeth and carrying a black bag or briefcase, according to the press release.
The subject brandished a black handgun during the attempt.
The subject left eastbound on Wooster Street in a light blue sedan.
Agents from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, BCI & I and the FBI are assisting the Bowling Green Police at the scene, according the the press release.
