It’s the biggest night of the year for Bowling Green State University athletics, the 10th edition of The Ziggy Awards show, taking place at the Stroh Center on Wednesday, April 23.

For the second year in a row, the Falcon Media Sports Network will cover BGSU athletics’ annual end-of-the-year award show, which aims to spotlight its student-athletes and supporters of the department.

“We are so honored and privileged to once again be a part of The Ziggys this year,” Falcon Media Sports Network director Lucas Kleimeyer said. “Our partnership with BGSU athletics has been incredible, and I am so excited for our team to help cover the event once again this year.”

Falcon Media Sports Network will provide pre-event, live and post-coverage of the awards show.

These awards include ‘Male Athlete of the Year,’ ‘Female Athlete of the Year,’ ‘Moment of the Year,” ‘Comeback Performance,’ and Male and Female ‘Freshman of the Year’ and much more.

Pre-coverage will also include special guests student-athletes and the ceremony’s emcees Finn Hogan and Jaden Frigerio on the ‘Zig Zone’ radio show on Sunday, April 13, at 4 p.m. live on WBGU 88.1 FM, hosted by Falcon Media Sports Network’s Holden Ruck.

Falcon Media Sports Network will interview the award winners and provide a cinematic recap of the event, along with multiple photo galleries and other social media and post-event content.
