BGSU men’s golf took part in the Buckeye Classic at the Columbus Country Club on Friday and Saturday.
The Falcons finished the weekend event tied for tenth place with Purdue Fort Wayne, both at 894 (+30) team score.
Evan Johnson led the Falcons over the two days posting a total score of 220 (+4), with rounds of 74-73-73, landing tied for 30 in the standings.
It would be senior Darin Hudak who shot the best round on the first day with a 71 (-1).
Fellow senior Luke Evans bounced back on the second day to shoot an even 72 followed up by a 74 (+2).

Ohio State golf took the victory on their home greens with a team score of 846. Fellow Mid-American Conference (MAC) schools Miami (Oh) in third Kent State in fourth, and Ohio in sixth.
The Falcons are back in action on April 19-20 where they will travel to Lafayette, Indiana to take part in the Boilermaker Intercollegiate.
