BGSU women’s golf fell to Toledo in match play at the Legacy Golf Club on Saturday. The Falcons claimed just two of the five individual matchups, which was not enough to secure victory.
Junior Ava O’Sullivan defeated Toledo’s Valeria Lizcano, 3&2. Also, freshman Macie Elzinga defeated the Rockets’ Kyleigh Dull, 1 up.

Despite these strong performances, however, the Falcons fell in their last match before the MAC championship.
The Falcons have had strong performances this season, having recently placed first out of seven teams at the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational.
The MAC championship will be held from April 20-22 at the Delaware Country Club in Muncie, Ind.
