BGSU athletics and the Mid-American Conference (MAC) have announced the kickoff times and broadcasting information for seven of Bowling Green’s 12 football games for the upcoming 2026 season.
The season opener against Tarleton State, set for Sept. 5 at Doyt L. Perry Stadium, will begin at 12 p.m. and will air on ESPN+.
BG will then hit the road for the next two games, beginning in Lincoln, Nebraska against the Nebraska Cornhuskers, with a 7 p.m. kickoff on Saturday, Sept. 12 on FOX Sports 1 (FS1), followed by another noon start time against the Iowa State Cyclones the week after on Saturday, Sept. 19 on ESPNU.
Other MAC times have also been released, with the Falcons traveling north to Kalamazoo, Michigan to face the Western Michigan Broncos on Halloween, Saturday, Oct 31 with a 12 p.m. start time on CBS Sports Network.
The midweek “MACtion” slate for the Falcons will open up at home on Tuesday, Nov. 10 beginning at 7 p.m against the Kent State Golden Flashes.
Additionally, the Orange and Brown announced a date change for the “Battle of I-75” against the Toledo Rockets, from Wednesday Nov. 18 to Friday, Nov. 20 and will be featured on ESPN2 at 7:30 p.m.
Lastly, the final home and regular season game for BG against the Massachusetts Minutemen is slated for noon on Saturday, Nov 28, with a TV station yet to be determined.
