Thousands of fans were pumped up for the first-ever Glass City Live held at the University of Toledo’s Glass Bowl Stadium on May 24. The festival featured performances by headliner Zac Brown Band, and opening artists Dustin Lynch, Luke Grimes and Gaelic Storm.
“Bringing an event of this magnitude to a passionate and prideful city like Toledo was the clear choice, and the University of Toledo and community stakeholders didn’t disappoint. Their support will make not only this inaugural Glass City Live one for the record books, but it will also serve as the first of many epic events to come,” said COO of JAC Live Ken Bigley in a press release.
The concert took place over Memorial Day weekend.
“On this Memorial Day weekend, Glass City Live will not only celebrate the incredible talent of A-list performers but also pay tribute to the brave veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country,” said Bryan Blair, director of athletics at the University of Toledo. “This is more than a concert—it’s a celebration of music, community and the heroes who have served our nation.”
