Wayne B. Jackson Jr, 23, of Maumee, Ohio; and Curtis E. Knight, 26, of Toledo, were cited for open container at Lot 3 downtown.

12:34 A.M.

Nathan Stephon Arriaga, 21, of Gibsonburg, Ohio, was cited for operating a vehicle impaired and no tail lights near North Dunbridge Road and East Wooster Street.

12:37 A.M.

Sue A. Brockschmidt, 37, of Luckey, Ohio, was cited for operating a vehicle impaired, open container and no license plate within the 1000 block of S. Main St.

1:35 A.M.

Shanelle Marie Scott, 21, of Napoleon, Ohio; Chalsey Kaliese Maes, 19, of Toledo; and Merissa A. Wise, 20, of Toledo, were cited for open container at Lot 4 downtown. Chelsey Mendoza, 19, of Toledo, was cited for underage possession of alcohol. Maes and Wise were also cited for underage possession of alcohol.

Andrew Gannaway Emerson, 34, of Perrysburg, Ohio, was cited for disorderly conduct/public urination at Lot 2 downtown.

1:57 A.M.

Daniel A. Myrice Jr, 26, of Oregon, Ohio, was cited for disorderly conduct/public urination within the 100 block of N. Main St.

2:00 A.M.

David Lyle Powell, 22, of Bowling Green, was cited for disorderly conduct/fighting within the 100 block of N. Main St.

2:09 A.M.

Nicole A. Ruffle, 18, of Millbury, Ohio; Alicia Estrea Sanchez, 19, of Northwood, Ohio; and Chelsea Kay Ann Shoemaker, 19, of Maumee, Ohio, were cited for open container and underage possession of alcohol near North Main Street and Leroy Avenue.

Nathan D. Carlin, 30, of Stryker, Ohio; and Logan Michael Oxender, 22, of West Unity, Ohio, were cited for disorderly conduct/fighting within the 100 block of E. Wooster St.

Complainant reported that sometime during the week, an unknown person broke the handle off of the driver side door of a vehicle within the 100 block of Ada Ave. The estimated damage is $100.

2:36 P.M.

Christina M. Welch, 41, of Cygnet, Ohio, was cited for theft/shoplifting within the 2100 block of E. Wooster St.

4:56 P.M.

Complainant reported that her cellphone was stolen within the 100 block of W. Gypsy Lane Road.

SUN., MARCH 3

2:36 A.M.

Kevin Eugene Wynn Jr, 18, of Defiance, Ohio, was cited for operating a vehicle impaired and headlights required at night within the 100 block of S. Prospect St.

12:33 P.M.

Complainant reported that sometime during the night, his coat, containing car and apartment keys, a blue tooth headset and an inhaler, was stolen within the 100 block of N. Main St. The estimated value of the items is $500.

11:51 P.M.

John W. Youngpeter, 34, of Bowling Green, was cited for operating a vehicle impaired and failure to maintain reasonable control near Sandridge Road and Ontario Street.
