Complainant reported that sometime Monday afternoon, an unknown person stole a laptop from a business within the 100 block of S. Enterprise St. It was valued at $600.
1:14 P.M.
Gary M. Coken, 38, of Toledo, was arrested on a warrant from the Northwood Police Department within the 1000 block of N. Prospect St. Troy T. Waggoner, 45, of Toledo, was arrested on a warrant. They were both taken to the Wood County Justice Center.
