The BGSU women’s golf team had a solid few days in Suburban Chicago, finishing in a tie for third place out of 12 teams overall.

The two-day event saw a Falcon nearly win the entire individual aspect of the tournament, as sophomore Ava O’Sullivan finished in second place at +9. The reigning MAC Golfer of the Week helped catapult the club nearly to the top of the invitational.

The Falcons had another top-10 finisher in freshman Sammie Dolce, as she slotted in at #10 in the invitational, finishing at +11.

As a team, BGSU finished just behind first place North Dakota State (+50), second place Cal Baptist (+52), and tied UIC for third place (+54).

The Falcons conclude their fall season on Oct. 23-24 at the Wofford Terrier Invitational.
