Located on 1616 E Wooster St., Kiseki, is a new Japanese restaurant rolling into Bowling Green. This restaurant will offer a vast menu inspired by traditional Asian cuisine featuring fan favorites such as hibachi and sushi.
The mission statement from Kiseki reads,
“We believe in simplicity, sincerity and the art of bringing people together through food. Step inside and experience the warmth of our traditional Asian cuisine.”
Prior to a grand opening, Kiseki plans to hold a soft opening on Oct. 20 from 11 a.m, to 9 p.m. In a message to the Bowling Green community the Kiseki Team asked for patience as they get things up and running.
“Please accept our sincerest apologies in advance for any minor hiccups during your visit. Your presence and feedback would mean the world to us,” they said.
Every weekday, excluding holidays, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. they will host their assorted lunch specials. Guests can select from choices of hibachi, thai, sushi, nigiri and sashimi.
The restaurant also offers a kids menu which offers a choice of chicken nuggets with either fries, rice or noodles and shrimp tempura served with rice or noodles. For drinks they offer Pepsi products.
Lastly, their dessert menu brings customers five choices, some being standard desert while others drawing from Asian culture. They offer chocolate cake, cheesecake, tiramisu, mango sticky rice and fried bananas.
