Thomas Wheeler, guitar arranger and performer also known as The Music Thief, in collaboration with the Bowling Green Arts Council will be holding a free concert on Friday, April 25th, 7 p.m. at the Simpson Garden Park Banquet Hall.
The Black Swamp Pluckers, a new BG Plucked String Orchestra, will also be featured as openers at the concert. They are composed of various stringed instruments like guitars, ukuleles, mandolins, and more.
Wheeler took three years to arrange a solo guitar version of The Planets, an orchestra piece composed by English composer Gustav Holst. He will play each part from the orchestral arrangement simultaneously on his guitar.
