Bowling Green State University (BGSU) is seeking faculty and staff input on its strategic plan.
BGSU uses Forward, a “shared plan to create public good.” They outline and prioritize actions in the plan and solicit input from faculty and staff.
There are four strategic and foundation objectives that BGSU has; the first objective is driving public good through redefining student success. The second objective is creating public good through research, creative activities, partnerships and engagement. The third objective is powering public good through our people and community. The fourth objective is supporting public good through efficient and effective processes, structures and technologies.
In previous years, BGSU has faced unknown enrollment cliffs, the global pandemic and a challenging political landscape and has overcome them. BGSU will review its plan and adapt based on feedback. BGSU now wants to build upon its momentum in the landscape of public higher education, according to an email sent by BGSU President Rodney Rogers.
