The Black Swamp Preserve boardwalk will be closed for repairs on Oct. 14.
The Bowing Green Parks and Recreation Department maintenance team is completing repairs on the section of the boardwalk that connects the Black Swamp Preserve boardwalk to the Slippery Elm Trail.
Barricades have been put up blocking the boardwalk and those will be removed once repairs are finalized.
If you would like to visit the Black Swamp Preserve or the Slippery Elm Trail, use the entrance at 1014 S. Maple St., or enter via the entrance on Sand Ridge Rd.
