Defeat the cold in your home; student housing is offering tips to make sure students’ dorms are nice and cozy.
The Office of Student Housing is advising students to locate their thermostat to manage their room’s temperature. Being patient with the thermostat to make the changes in temperature is key.
As well as making sure to close and lock windows to make the heat more effective. Also, putting no furniture in front of the heating vents for optimal warmth.
If there are no changes in temperature, submit a work order through Housing Resources and campus operations will come to check the system.
