Chief Investigative Reporter Duane Pohlman will be hosting the event, “Fallout: Contamination, Cancer & Death” at Bowling Green State University (BGSU).
The event is on Wednesday, Jan. 21, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Bowen-Thompson Student Union Theater, Room 206.
During the event, those in attendance will watch the full “Fallout: Contamination, Cancer & Death” documentary, and will end with a Q & A.
The documentary uncovers radioactive contamination and cancer rates near the former Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant.
Pohlman, who graduated from BGSU in 1987 with a degree in journalism, currently works for WKRC-TV in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is the co-founder and president of the Ohio Center for Journalism.
