Bowling Green State University (BGSU) is offering faculty and staff a chance to check in with a licensed chiropractor during a free “Alignment Check” event on Wednesday, Jan. 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Bowen-Thompson Student Union (BTSU) Room 207.
Dr. Cody Estrel, a chiropractic care provider with the Falcon Health Center, will be on hand to help detect spinal misalignments and postural issues that, if unaddressed, can lead to discomfort or decreased mobility. Early screening can point participants toward personalized care plans aimed at improving alignment, reducing pain, and supporting overall wellness.
Chiropractic adjustments focus on aligning joints and the spine to help the body function more comfortably and efficiently. These techniques often involve gentle, controlled pressure to correct misalignments and may improve range of motion, decrease pain and enhance physical well-being without the use of medications or surgery.
The event is free for BGSU faculty and staff, and registration is available through BGSU’s screening sign-up link.
