Slow down and breathe. Zazen or seated meditation can help make everything clear.
Zazen is in the Bowen-Thompson Student Union, room 427, every Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., ending on April 1.
Zazen is a meditative practice that encourages mental discipline, developing an ability to observe thoughts and emotions without judgment and awareness of breath. There is an instruction provided, and no experience is needed.
Zazen encourages living in harmony with the way things are in the moment and learning to look at life “as it is.”
