SICSIC Unmasking
The 2026 SICSIC unmasking will be held on Saturday, Feb. 21, at the BGSU versus Minnesota State hockey game. The puck drop will be at 6:07 p.m. The SICSIC members being revealed are Blue Spirit and Geico, after three years of keeping their true identities a secret from everyone. SICSIC is one of the biggest sources of school spirit on-campus. Falcon fans have to wait over three years to learn the identities of their favorite SICSIC characters. This is one of BGSU’s biggest spirit traditions and a can’t-miss moment for all Falcons. The tradition began with the creation of the group in 1946. This event is a part of Spirit Week, which is a week of events spanning from Feb. 14 to Feb. 21. The different events hosted on campus include spirited activities, home games, giveaways and BGSU Bingo.
