BGSU junior forward Mayar Wol intends to enter the transfer portal, according to 247Sports’ Travis Branham. He is the first Falcon to announce his intention to enter the portal.
Wol will not be able to officially enter the transfer portal until it opens on April 7.
Wol has spent one season with the Falcons where he averaged 10.5 points, 2.7 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game, while shooting 48.6% from the field, 39.1% from 3-point range and 71.4% from the free-throw line.
Defensively, Wol added 31 steals, fourth on the team, and 14 blocks, third on the team.
Appearing in 32 games this season and having ten starts with the Falcons, the 6-foot-8 forward looks to find his fourth team in four years.
The former four-star recruit ranked 117th in his overall class, 26th as a power forward and fifth in the state of North Carolina.
