BGSU men’s basketball have landed a commitment from Geu “Leek” Ateny, a 6–foot–10 center from Kentucky, according to Next Up Recruits on Twitter/X.
Ateny was ranked as the eleventh best player and the number one center in the state of Kentucky according to Next Up Recruits.
A part of multiple all-star teams, Ateny took part in both the Indiana/Kentucky all-star game and the Ohio/Kentucky all-star game.
Ateny joins KJ Torbert and Talan Staley as part of the freshman class of 2026-27 for head coach Todd Simon and the Falcons.
