Former fifth-year guard Lexi Fleming announced on social media that she will be transferring to High Point University.
In her five seasons with the Falcons, Fleming appeared in 96 games (79 starts) in her tenure with Bowling Green. She averaged 12.6 points, 2.7 assists, and 2.1 steals per game, playing a total of 2,832 minutes.
Fleming scored 1,212 career points with the Orange and Brown, which ranks 25th all-time in program history. The Cincinnati native also ranks fourth in 3-pointers made per game at 1.94.
In January, she became the 32nd player in program history and the eighth fastest player to reach 1,000 career points while wearing Orange and Brown.
This past season, Fleming was named to the All-MAC Third Team. In her freshman year, she won the MAC Freshman of the Year and earned a spot on the All-MAC Freshman Team and All-MAC Second Team.
In the past five seasons, when Fleming was on the court for the Falcons, they posted a 69-27 record. When she was not available for BG, they went 34-32.
