Samba Bateria, made up of BGSU percussion students kicked off BG Porchfest for the fifth year in a row.
Hundreds of music enthusiasts took to their lawn chairs Saturday as BG Porchfest took over Eberly Avenue and the surrounding streets for nearly five hours on May 31.
This is the fifth year Porchfest has been held, featuring nearly 20 bands, including some from across the globe.
Porchfest-goers had smiles on their faces and described the event as a time to bring together a sense of community and talent.
