Former Florida State men’s basketball senior guard Justin Thomas is transferring to Bowling Green.
Thomas is the fifth transfer portal addition the Falcons have made, joining Troy Glover II, Jason Kimbrough Jr., Javon Ruffin, and Josiah Shackelford.
The 6–foot–7 guard averaged 4.8 points, 1.7 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 32 games with five starts for Florida State last season. Thomas shot 44.2% from the field, 33.3% from three and 55.6% from the free throw line.
During the 2024-25 season, Thomas played 22.1 minutes per game for the Seminoles and tallied 33 steals and 13 blocks.
In his time at Wisconsin Milwaukee, the 2022-23 season, Thomas helped the Panthers to a 21-12 record, their best in seven years.
Thomas was raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and coming out of high school Thomas had offers from Georgia Tech, East Carolina, Georgia Mason, and St. Bonaventure.
