BGSU women’s basketball junior guard Paige Kohler has earned a spot on the All-Mid-American Conference (MAC) Third Team, which was announced on Tuesday morning.
Kohler, who has started all 92 games for head coach Fred Chmiel since arriving at Bowling Green, has now won All-MAC honors in all three of her seasons with the Falcons.
The Olmsted Falls, Ohio, native, recorded the first triple-double in program history this past season against Lourdes. She currently leads the team in averaging 14.9 points per game (PPG), ranks second in assists per game (APG) with 3.0, and is the only player to start all 30 games this season for Bowling Green.
Kohler has tallied 1,206 points, 394 rebounds and 312 assists while making 183 three-point field goals in her three-year Falcon career.
The Falcons will face Ball State (25-6, 16-2) on Wednesday, March 11, in the opening round of the MAC Tournament at Rocket Arena in Cleveland. Falcon Media Sports Network will have the call of the game at 4:00 p.m. on WBGU 88.1 FM.
