Heading into the 2026 regular season, Bowling Green baseball was picked to finish fifth in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) Preseason Coaches Poll, the conference announced on Wednesday afternoon.
Miami (OH), Kent State, Ball State and Toledo were the four teams selected above the Falcons.
The RedHawks, Flashes and Cardinals all received first place votes, with Miami having the most with six.
Along with securing the most first place votes, the RedHawks also were picked to win the MAC Tournament Championship with four votes. KSU received three votes, with BSU and Toledo both earning two votes and Bowling Green rounding out the voting with one.
