BGSU gymnastics (9-7, 1-5) placed second in a tri-meet against New Hampshire and George Washington in its final road meet of the season.
New Hampshire won the meet with a score of 195.175, followed by Bowling Green at 193.550 and George Washington at 191.125.
The meet also showcased career-best days for four different Falcons. Bowling Green opened up on the uneven bars and posted a team score of 48.675. Freshman Addie Tandeski matched her career high with a score of 9.800, while fellow freshman Natasha Lopez also matched her career best with a 9.750.
The Orange and Brown then moved to the balance beam in the second rotation, scoring a total of 48.675. Senior Madison Coburn led BG with a 9.675.
Bowling Green would then score its highest event score in the third rotation on floor exercise with a 48.800. Sophomore Kayla Shaw led the Falcons with a 9.850, finishing second overall in the event.
The Falcons closed the event on vault with a 48.450. Coburn paced Bowling Green with a 9.750, while junior Teegan Miligan recorded a career-high 9.700.
Junior Megan Dzialo competed in the all-around for the first time this season and finished with a score of 38.675.
“Today was a great meet for us,” head coach Brittney Emmons said. “Being on the road, we remain consistent with our approach at each event.”
The Falcons will come home for their final meet of the year, as they take on Centenary College for Senior Day at the Stroh Center on Sunday, March 15, at 1 p.m.
