BGSU men’s golf traveled south to compete as part of a 16-team pool in the Bluegrass Collegiate Invitational, hosted by the University of Kentucky.
Out of the total 16-team pool, Bowling Green finished in ninth place, tied with UT Martin, and one stroke shy of the eighth-place team, SIU Edwardsville.
BGSU battled in three rounds, finishing with a total score of 51 over par, falling one spot to ninth place in the third and final round of the invitational.
Two out of the 92 total golfers in the entire field shot an even par. The athletes were Sophomore Vincent Cervantes from Marquette, as well as Cole Stockard from Kentucky.

Lee earned his first top ten finish overall in his career.
Next, the Falcons travel to Dublin, Ohio, on April 20 at 9:00 a.m. for The Muirfield Shootout against Miami of Ohio. The single-day shootout is the final event before the Mid-American Conference Championship begins on May 3.
